所有預約場地之客人,建議先細閱以下客人須知詳情。
當客人完成付款預訂後,即表示明白同意及會遵守以下規則。
All guests who reserve a venue are advised to read the following guest instructions carefully.
When guests complete payment and reservation, they clearly agree and will abide by the following rules.
預約流程 Booking Process
- 於WhatsApp查詢想預約日期、時段、人數、活動性質
- 收到資料後,我們會向客人發出訂單總額+$1000按金付款請求 (如訂單總額高於$4000, 需付$2000按金;如訂單總額高於$10000, 需付$4000按金)
- 款項可接受銀行轉帳、FPS,請傳回付款記錄給我們作確認。
- 收妥費用後,我們會傳送預約確認信息,完成預約
- Request booking date, timeslot, quantity of person, event purpose via WhatsApp.
- We will send you order details with total amount + $1000 deposit and payment requests after received your information.(If the total amount is over $4000, +$2000 deposit is needed. If the total amount is over $10000, +$4000 deposit is needed.)
- We can accept bank transfer/ FPS. Please send us the payment record as confirmation.
- We will send you booking confirmation message after received your payment. Booking Successful!
