派對須知 Party Instructions

1. 於WhatsApp查詢想預約日期、時段、人數、活動性質
2. 收到資料後，我們會向客人發出訂單總額+$1000按金付款請求 ​（如訂單總額高於$4000， 需付$2000按金；如訂單總額高於$10000， 需付$4000按金）
3. 款項可接受銀行轉帳、FPS，請傳回付款記錄給我們作確認。
4. 收妥費用後，我們會傳送預約確認信息，完成預約

1. Request booking date, timeslot, quantity of person, event purpose via WhatsApp.
2. We will send you order details with total amount + $1000 deposit and payment requests after received your information.（If the total amount is over $4000, +$2000 deposit is needed. If the total amount is over $10000, +$4000 deposit is needed.)
3. We can accept bank transfer/ FPS. Please send us the payment record as confirmation.
4. We will send you booking confirmation message after received your payment. Booking Successful!

1. 場地不設口頭預留，預約需以提交付款證明，確認收取款項為準。
2. 請於訂單發出後24小時內支付款項，如未能如時支付訂金將被視為放棄預約處理。
3. 六個月以下嬰兒免入場費（不佔座位，不使用遊樂場設施。）。家長或同行之成人請自行照顧嬰兒在場內的安全。
4. 如當日派對時間需要加長，不論時間長短，需另行收費，詳情請留意派對收費
5. 如當日人數增加，可以補付人頭收費，所有入場者不論逗留時間長短，一律均一收費。款項會於當天收取或於按金內扣款。
6. 如當日人數減少亦需支付預約時所預訂的人數金額，不設退還。建議以確定會出席活動的人數預約。
7. 派對前10日必需要確定派對所有詳情。人數一經確定後，人數只可加不可減。派對前10日內，本中心不保證能夠提供任何更改。
8. 所有派對額外活動及服務收費項目之預訂，需預先繳付全費確定。
9. 客人請準時到達場地，任何情況下遲到均不設補時。如遲到超過60分鐘並沒有透過Whatsapp/電話通知我們，預約將作自動取消論，並沒收全數款項，不設退還。

1. There is no verbal reservation for the venue, and the reservation must be based on the submission of proof of payment and confirmation of receipt of the payment.
2. Please pay within 24 hours after the order is sent. Failure to pay the amount on time will be regarded as abandoning the appointment.
3. Infants under six months old are free of admission fee (no seating provided, no use of playground facilities). Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of infants in the venue.
4. If the party time needs to be extended on the day, regardless of the duration, an additional fee will be charged. Please refer to the party fee for details.
5. If the number of participants increases on the day, an additional per-person fee can be paid. Regardless of the length of stay, the fee is the same for all participants. The payment will be collected on the day or deducted from the deposit.
6. All party activities and additional services must be fully paid in advance for reservation.
7. Guests are requested to arrive at the venue on time. No additional time will be provided for late arrivals under any circumstances. If the delay exceeds 60 minutes without notifying us via WhatsApp/phone, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the full payment will be forfeited without refund. If the number of people on the day increases, you need to pay the extra fee per head, and all admissions will be charged uniformly regardless of the length of stay. The payment will be collected on the same day or deducted from the deposit.
8. If the number of people on the day decreases, the amount of people booked at the time of booking must be paid, and there is no refund. It is recommended to make an appointment to determine the number of people who will attend the event.
9. The center does not have food license, and it is not responsible for the safety of any food or drinks consumed on the premises.
10. The center does not have an alcohol license and does not provide any alcoholic beverages.
11. Customers must comply with the latest instructions and guidelines issued by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department under Chapter 599F for entry into dining establishments.

按金會於客人到達場地後收取，只接受現金。

按金費用$1000，如訂單總額高於$6000， 需付$2000按金

• 按金是為了確保使用場地者愛惜場地物品及保持場地清潔。

• 歡迎自攜飲品及食物，並於完場前還原場地整理乾淨。

• 除了大廳及沙漠房間外，其他房間均不能飲食，不能咀嚼香口珠。

• 本中心沒有食物牌，本中心不負責場內任何進食/飲用該食物/飲品之安全。

• 本中心沒有酒牌，不會提供任何酒精類飲品之服務。

• 顧客必須按第599F章，就餐飲業務及表列處所，發出予 於餐飲處所 的最新指明及指示入場。

• 如有任何損毀/離場前沒有關閉所有電器及燈/髒亂如打翻飲料、嘔吐物、食物殘渣四散等，The Yard 有權扣除按金作服務費/賠償費用。(費用參考如下)
  - 留下食物殘餘在波波池、彈跳床、兒童廚房 $1000
  - 留下食物殘餘在其他房 $800
  - 穿着鞋或留鞋印$800
  - 沒有還原場地： $500
  - 場地髒亂清潔費 :$800
  - 皺紋膠紙或Bluetac 以外黏貼: $800
  - 其他損毀、刮花按物品價值賠償

• 如設備嚴重受損則需照價賠償場地損失。

• 檢收場地需時，本公司承諾如無以上情況會於退場後24小時以轉賬/FPS方式全數退還。

The $1000 deposit will be collected by our staff on-site when you arrive the venue, and accept CASH only.

If the total amount of the order is $6000 or more, the deposit will be $2000.

• The deposit is to ensure that the users of the venue cherish the venue items and keep the venue clean.

• You are welcome to bring your own drinks and food, and restore the venue before finishing.​

• Eating and chewing gum are not allowed in any room except the lobby and desert room.

• If there is any damage/left without closing all electrical appliances and lights/dirtiness such as spilled drinks, vomit, scattered food residues, etc., The Yard reserves the right to deduct a service fee/compensation fee from the deposit. (Fee reference as follows)
  
  Leaving food residue in the ball pit, bounce house, children's kitchen: $1000
  Leaving food residue in other rooms: $800
  Wearing shoes or leaving shoe marks: $800
  Failure to restore the venue: $500
  Failure to clean used utensils/stoves: $500
  Venue cleaning fee: $800
  Attachment other than crepe tape or BlueTac: $800
  Other damages, scratches to be compensated based on the value of the item

• If the equipment is severely damaged, the site loss shall be compensated according to the price.

• The deposit will be refunded when the party finished and checked. The staff on-site will settle the payment with you in cash.

1. 派對確定後，均不能改期。

2. 如因為政府疫情規則關係，The Yard被關閉，The Yard會與客人安排派對改期。

3. 如有賓客因為政府疫情規則被隔離或被醫學監察而不能出席，需提供香港特別行政區政府衛生署官方證明，該賓客缺席不收費用。

1. If you decide to cancel/change one week before the original appointment date, you can refund half of the amount/change the appointment date once for free
   (Can only choose a day within two weeks after the original date).
2. If you change from weekdays to weekends, you will be charged at the weekend rate; if you change from weekends to weekdays, you will also be charged for the weekend rate. Everything is subject to the higher price.
3. If the party is temporarily cancelled or the change cannot be notified on time, the funds will not be refunded.
4. If centre is closed due to government pandemic regulations, centre will arrange a rescheduled party with the customer.
5. If any guests are unable to attend due to government quarantine or medical surveillance regulations, an official proof from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Department of Health must be provided, and no charges will be incurred for the absence of those guests.

1. 遊樂區有高度限制，兒童影片區是設計給身高140 cm以下小朋友，家長請留意負責小朋友安全，並提醒高於140 cm 的兒童，遊玩時要額外留意身形比他們細小的小童。

2. 為免發生危險，每個房間不能多個6個小童。

3. 為確保遊樂場內使用者的安全，每兩名小童（八歲或以下），需由最少一名年滿十八歲或以上人士陪同方可進場。來賓請自行看管及照顧同行之小童。The Yard將不會承擔任何有關疏忽照顧小童，而導致損傷之責任。

4. 所有入場人士都必須著襪或中心提供的一次性拖鞋。

5. 場地恕不招待寵物，敬請見諒。

6. 請留意個人財物，場內發生任何意外或財物損失與本中心無關。

7. 因安全理由本中心範圍內，不容許燃點煙花蠟燭和進行Piñata 活動。

8. 派對期間不能使用老師教學教材專區，有需要可先與職員聯絡。

9. 中心包括的場地佈置只限場地內使用，如客人希望帶走任何現場場地佈置物資，請與職員聯絡安排額外費用及送貨日期時間。

10. 本中心職員，不會為任何賓客，在中心以外範圍，作任何收貨送貨服務。Centre開放時間以外不提供收貨服務。

1. There are height restrictions in the play area. The rope net area and children's video area are designed for children under 140 cm tall. Parents should ensure the safety of their children and remind children taller than 140 cm to be extra careful around smaller children.
2. For safety reasons, each room cannot accommodate more than 6 children.
3. To ensure the safety of users inside the playground, at least one person aged 18 or above must accompany every two children (eight years old or younger) for entry. Guests are responsible for supervising and taking care of accompanying children. The Yard will not be held responsible for any injuries resulting from neglecting the care of children.
4. All visitors must wear socks or use the disposable slippers provided by the center.
5. Pets are not allowed on the premises. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
6. Please take care of your personal belongings. The center is not responsible for any accidents or loss of property.
7. Due to safety reasons, the lighting of fireworks, candles, and the use of Piñatas are not permitted within the center.
8. The teaching materials section is not available for use during the party. If needed, please contact the staff in advance.
9. The venue decorations provided by the center are for on-site use only. If guests wish to take any decorations with them, please contact the staff to arrange additional fees and delivery dates/times.
10. The center's staff will not provide any pickup or delivery services for guests outside the center's premises. Centre does not offer pickup services outside of its operating hours.

1. 已訂座派對如遇惡劣天氣，如黑雨、8號或以上風球而不能進行，Centre 會與客人安排派對改期。

2. 所有受影響時段內之預約皆可延期一次，可選擇原定日期起計7日內的日子。

3. 我們並會於訊號除下後1小時重開，如有特別要求，我們可視乎情況嘗試安排順延。

4. 如客戶選擇如期進行，需自行承擔風險，其後不可臨時取消/更改。在此情況下，款項將全數沒收，不設退還。

1. For reserved parties affected by inclement weather, such as black rainstorm, typhoon signal no. 8 or above, rendering the party unable to proceed, Centre will arrange an alternative date with the customer.
2. All reservations within the affected time period can be rescheduled once, choosing a date within 7 days from the original scheduled date.
3. We will reopen one hour after the signal is lowered. If there are special requests, we will try to accommodate them depending on the situation.
4. If the customer chooses to proceed as scheduled, they do so at their own risk, and no last-minute cancellations/changes are allowed. In this case, the payment will be forfeited in full without refund.

禁止擅自截斷閉路電視電源或用任何形式遮蔽鏡頭。
場地設有閉路電視及錄影，如任何人士不遵守場地規則或作出危險、違法行為，或我們認為情況特殊，為保障安全或秩序，我們保留權利拒絕該等人士進入，或要求該等人士離開場地而毋須退款或作出任何賠償。

Do not cut off the power of the CCTV or cover the lens in any form without authorization.
The venue is equipped with CCTV and video recording. If any person does not abide by the rules of the venue or commits dangerous or illegal acts, or we believe that the situation is special, we reserve the right to refuse such persons to enter or request them to leave the venue with no refund and compensation.

1. 客人可自行佈置場地，惟不能損毀場地設施及牆壁，否則需照價賠償。

2. 如需粘貼任何佈置於牆壁上，請先於牆壁上貼上皺紋膠紙或Bluetac。

3. 如使用遊樂場和餐廳期間，任何裝修被損壞，客人須負責賠償維修費用。請留意維修費用列表**
   

1. You may decorate venue by your own. However, do not damage any  facilities and walls. Otherwise, we will claim the compensation with you.
2. If you want to paste any decoration on the wall, please paste the masking tape on the wall first.
